if these documents are not in French (English) or Dutch (English is not accepted)
* a copy of the statutes of the company
* a copy of the corresponding registrar of Companies
* a copy of the identity card of the leader of the company.

3. handwritten mandate in French (see model)
4. Title deed (invoice or bill of sale, proof of ownership), translation in French required
5. the cancellation of previous boat registry if already registered (2)
6. the copy of the EC declaration of conformity for boats built after 1998 and for the engines built after 2006 (3)
7. the payment of the fees per bank transfer

In addition, according to your case:

CASE #1: CONSTRUCTION AMATEUR: (for recreational use only)

1. purchasing invoices of the main elements : hull, mast, grément, engine
2. insurance report established by a maritime expert
3. certificate of honour (in French) mentioning that you are the builder, model of the boat, drawing reference, starting and ending date as well as location of the construction (see model)

CASE #2: BOAT OF IMPORT (origin: outside EC, whatever the date of construction of the boat)

1. EC declaration of conformity
2. Certificate of payment of the VAT
   
   

All requested documentation to be provided can be original or copies (only the cancellation of the previous registry must be original)

2. If your boat has already been registered under another flag, you have to get the cancellation of the previous registry from the corresponding authorities. Cancellation of previous flag may be arranged though our services. Please contact us for more details.
3. The EC declaration of conformity (directive 94/25/EC) is required for all boats built in Europe after 1998.  This document is issued by the builder and must be passed on to the owner of the boat during the acquisition then given to all successive owners.

This document is required for all engines and jet skis put on the European market beginning January 1st, 2006. Regarding the engines, this document is attached to the utilization manual (please send us a copy of the corresponding page).  For the jet skis, this is a special document on which the serial number of the Jet Ski is mentioned.
